机械设计工程师
主要工作职责 General Objective
设计新产品；Design and develop assembly and parts based on the layout of product;
更新老产品；Modify and improve the functions and performances of products and parts;
优化设计，降低制造成本；Analysis on material, manufacturability and related cost for the designed products and parts.
最低入职条件Normal Minimum Position Requirements
教育/培训经历：大学专科以上学历；机械制造相关专业；良好的英语沟通能力；Education/Training Experience: College degree or above, major in Mechanical and Engineering, good communication skills in English
工作经验：最少2年设计经验，具备机械产品设计经验Working Experience: Minimum years experience with design, in mechanical product design
专业知识：精通非标设备、工装夹具的设计以及应用等; 精通金属加工工艺、焊接技术、机械自动化等; 懂得机电产品的特性和应用
Specialty Knowledge: Mater Non Standard equipments, tooling and fixture design and application; Master metals machining, welding and automation; Familiar with Machines application and specialties
能力：优秀的沟通及协调能力；计划与执行能力。
Ability: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good ability on scheme and implementing
其它：熟练计算机Pro/E, AutoCAD, Solidworks等软件。
Others: Computer literacy with Pro/E, AutoCAD, Solidworks,etc.
